EMULEX RM-1C is a special cationic asphalt emulsion, modified with polymers, which presents an excellent behavior and durability in the face of the effects of the weather and the demands of heavy traffic. Its formulation features elastomers that provide high internal cohesion power, high adhesion, flexibility, resistance to aging and exudation in the face of large temperature variations.
EMULEX RM-1C is used in cold premixed and hole plug services. It is usually applied at room temperature, and should be used in accordance with the rules for carrying out the services. In case of storage for long periods, it is recommended to recirculate the product once every two weeks. Avoid successive recirculation and pumping so as not to decrease viscosity and rupture by included air.
